• Mobile and/or remote notary services

• Small business website design

• Work-from-home opportunities, including independent contractor (1099) roles

• Referrals, resources, and guidance for third-party opportunities​

• Administrative support and data entry services

Prestige Executive Solutions LLC (PES) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.

Work-from-Home Opportunities & Independent Contractor Status

​

Prestige Executive Solutions LLC (PES) may act as both a direct provider of independent contractor opportunities and as a referral source for third-party opportunities. Any opportunities offered directly by Prestige Executive Solutions LLC (PES) are structured as independent contractor (1099) roles and do not constitute employment.

By participating in such opportunities, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are an independent contractor and not an employee of Prestige Executive Solutions LLC ("PES")

• You are solely responsible for your own tax reporting, compliance, and obligations

• No employment benefits, including but not limited to insurance, paid leave, or retirement benefits, are provided

• Work performed is subject to the terms and flexibility associated with independent contractor arrangements

Third-Party Opportunities

Prestige Executive Solutions (PES) may provide referrals or informational access to third-party opportunities. Prestige Executive Solutions LLC (PES) is not the employer or contracting party in such arrangements. Any engagement entered into with a third-party provider is solely between you and that provider. Prestige Executive Solutions LLC (PES) does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the terms, compensation, or conditions of any third-party opportunity.

Payments & Refunds

​

All fees for services must be paid upfront and in full unless otherwise agreed in writing before services are provided. Any required deposits are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, including website design, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

​

Clients and users agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information

• Respond in a timely manner to communications necessary for service completion

• Use all services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Illinois law, Prestige Executive Solutions (PES) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to:

• The use or inability to use services

• Participation in independent contractor opportunities

• Engagement with third-party referrals or services

Intellectual Property

​

All content, designs, materials, and work product created by PES remain the property of Prestige Executive Solutions LLC until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Modifications to Terms

Prestige Executive Solutions LLC (PES) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
