For mobile and in-person notary services conducted within the State of Illinois, PES prioritizes safety, professionalism, and compliance with applicable notarial standards. While Illinois law does not mandate that notarizations occur in a public setting, PES may require that services be performed in a safe, neutral, and mutually agreed-upon location. Such locations may include, but are not limited to, public venues (e.g., restaurants, libraries, offices, or business establishments) or other environments that provide adequate lighting, accessibility, and a secure setting for both the notary and the signer(s).

Prestige Executive Solutions LLC ("PES") reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate any appointment if a requested location whether public or private is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or inconsistent with professional service standards. This includes, but is not limited to, locations that present safety risks, lack reasonable accessibility, or create an environment that could compromise the integrity of the notarial act. In such instances, Prestige Executive Solutions LLC ("PES") may request that services be relocated to an appropriate alternative location or rescheduled at its discretion.

​Prestige Executive Solutions LLC ("PES") provides notarial services in compliance with the laws of the State of Illinois. We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Illinois and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. All signers must personally appear before the notary at the time of notarization, unless remote online notarization is permitted under applicable Illinois law. Valid and unexpired government-issued photo identification is required for all notarial acts.
